Filled Chocolates
Ingredients
2 cups
white chocolate,
1/2 cup
foodrite strawberry spread,
1/2 cup
Foodrite pineapple spread,
c fruit filled chocolates.
Melt half of the chocolate in a
deep bowl in a microwave for a minute,
Cool at room temp,
Pour the mixture in the chocolate
moulds covering the sides evenly,
Turn the moulds upside down over a
bowl and scrape off the excess dripping chocolate,
Keep aside till chocolate sets
Repeat the process to get 2 sets
of moulded chocolate shells,
Using a piping bag fill 1/4 of
shells with Foodrite strawberry spread and another 1/4 of the shells with Foodrite
pineapple spread,
Set all the filled shells in a
tray,
Now take a empty chocolate shell,
Slightly melt its edges using a hot knife or metal spatula,
Immediately cover one of the
filled shell with this shell,
Repeat till all the shells are
covered,
Keep in a refrigerator for 10 to
15 minutes & let the chocolates set.
