Mutton Roganjosh
(Yield after cooking - approx 300g)

Ingredients

Foodrite Roganjosh Gravy-80g
Water-80g
Mutton curry cut - with bone-170g
Curd-16g
Red chilli powder-3g
Ginger garlic paste-5g
Turmeric powder-2g
Coriander chopped-for garnish
Salt -to taste
Ghee-15g


Instructions
Marinate mutton with curd with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & ginger garlic paste. Set aside for an hour.
Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan. Cook marinated meat for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add Foodrite Roganjosh Masla and equal quantity water. Adjust seasoning. Now cover & let cook till meat is cooked.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with fresh Indian breads.
