Usage Instructions:
Ingredients
For cake
7*7*3 inches square baking tray
185 gm cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 gm unsalted butter - softened
130 gm brown sugar
4 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g milk - room temp
For froasting
420 gm whipping cream
100s ml Mrs. Foodrite butterscotch topping
For Assembling
60 ml Mrs. foodrite butterscotch crush
45 ml Mars foodrite sugar syrup sugar syrup
3 tablespoons crushed butterscotch praline ( you can easily get this at bakery stores)


Instructions
step 1 : Butterscotch Cake
preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius
stiff all dry ingredients; set aside
in a large mixing bowl add soft butter & sugar. Mix well with spatula.
use an electrical mixer at medium speed for 10 to 12 minutes or till you get pale fluffy and cream textured batter.  
slowly add egg 1  at a  time while mixer is still on.
once eggs are mixed properly reduce the speed to low add dry ingredients slowly...spoon by spoon.
one dry ingredients are added completely add the vanilla extract & milk. Mix till mixed properly.
grease baking tray and line with a parchment paper.
pour  mixture in the tray.
bake at 160 degree Celsius for about 50 minutes.
use tooth pick to ensure its cooked properly from inside.
set aside and let cool down completely before assembling.
in a large bowl mix the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
add inn Mrs. foodrite butterscotch topping and continue mixing till its stiff.
step 2 : assembling the cake
take out the prepared cake sponge from tray. Carefully remove parchment paper.
slice the cake to get 3 inch thick 7*7 slices.
now on a cake turntable place a cake board
put the prepared froasting in piping bag with round nozzle.
add a spoonful of froasting at the center of cake board.
place bottom layer of the sponge on the cake board.
drizzle 15 ml sugar syrup evenly
pipe out around 100 gms froasting
spread evenly using a spatula
drizzle 30 ml Mrs. Foodrite crush evenly
scatter 1 table spoon crushed praline on to p of crush.
now place the second layer of sponge & repeat the process.
once done add the third layer of sponge
add remaining froasting carefully and with the help of spatula spread it on to and sides of the cake.
add remaining 1 tablespoon of crushed praline for garnish.
lift the cake from turning table.
keep in the fridge for 1 to 2 Hrs to set.
your delicious butterscotch cake is ready !!
