Jain Chinese Bhel
Ingredients
For Bhel
1 cup fried noodles
1/2 cup french beansmcut in diamonds
1/2 cup cabbage finelly shreaded
3 tablespoon Mrs foodrite Jain schezwan chutney
1/2 cup green capsicum cut in julliennes
1/4 cup moong sprouts.
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon chilli vinegar
For Manchurian Dumpling
3/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 fresh green chilli finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped corinder
1 inch ginger finely chopped
salt to taste
crushed black pepper to taste
2 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons refind flour

Instructions
Step 1: take all the ingredients for manchurian dumplings and mix properly.
tightly knead for few minutes so that vegetables till it beacomes a tight mixture.
now make small even sized balls and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
set aside and let cool.
Step 2 : in a seperate bown take all the bhel ingredients
mix everything carefully & immediately.
toss inn fried manchurian dumplings.
toss fr one last time .
serve garnished with chopped coriander on top
