Usage Instructions:
Chilli Cheese Masala Pullout Bun
Ingredients
For stuffing :
2 tablespoon paneer grated
1 tablespoon each red yellow and green capsicum choppped finely
1 tablespoon crushed boiled corn.
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
2 tablespoons grated mozarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste
50 gms foodrite chilli cheese mayonnaise
2 jumbo burger buns
garlic butter for brushing.2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley

For garnish
2 tablespoons chilli cheese blend
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions
take all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
take the buns & with the help of knief malke deep incersions on the bread
stuff the prepared mixture in these incersions.
brush prepared garlic butter on the buns. Add some extra mozarella cheese on top.
bake at 230 degrees till cheese melts and bread is crisp.
take out & garnish with some foodrite chilli cheese mayo & chopped parsley
serve hot as alite bite with evening tea.
