Usage Instructions:
For Fried Fish
Ingredients

1/2 cum refind flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon chopped dill
2 bassa fish fillet ( 100 gms each)
1/2 tablespoon Mrs. Foodrite mustard sauce
oil for frying
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
for coleslow
1 tablespoon cabbage julliennes
1/2 tablespoon carrot julliennes
1/2 tablespoon green capsicum thinly sliced
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
1.5 tablespoon Mrs foodrite salad mayonnaise
for assemblin burger
handful cleaned aragula lettuce
2 burger buns
Instructions
step 1: wash clean and pat dry bassa fillets
now in a bowl add  lemon juice, mustard sauce, chopped dill, salt & pepper.
wisk well.
add fish fillets & marinate well
set aside for 30 minutes
now in a small plate take plain flour&. in another small bowl beat the the egg. In another small plate take the bread crumbs
now fist dip the fish fillet in flour. Coat fish fillet lightly with flour. Now coat it with egg & then coat evenly with crumbs.
heat oil in a kadhai & fry fish till crisp & golden brown.
Step 2 : mix all the coleslaw ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3 : cut the burger bun. Toast under a salamander.
arrange lettuce on bottom part
add a big spoon of prepared coleslow
put the prepared fish on top
now drizzle foodrite tartar sauce
